The victim is unknown. The killer is a mystery. The police don’t believe her. But she knows it will happen.

Now she has to stop a murder.

She’s not a detective, she doesn’t speak the language, she doesn’t even like to fly. She's going to need some help, but who can she turn to?

Well… there is one person in this remote Norwegian town that the locals say might be able to help.

What follows is a year-long hunt on the trail of a serial killer across the length and breadth of Norway’s frozen ground.
